CARLA MAE Davis was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother and trusted friend and mentor. Until her health began to fail, Carla was active on the board of both A Way Out Women's Center (3217 Iola St., Houston 77017) and The 24 Hour Club (126 Forest Hill, Houston). Carla claimed a total of 32 years sobriety. She was also instrumental in the establishment of the Richmore Bingo Hall in Pasadena.
In 2006 she was survived by her husband of 43 years, James T. Davis; children, Carla Jo Ehntholt and husband, Dennis, Geary and wife, Lisa; grandchildren, Timothy Ehntholt, Paris Davis, Skye Davis and Hunter Davis.
