Funeral services for Mrs. W.L. (Bobbie Jewell) Tyson,59, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, in Hixon-Guardian chapel in Lake Charles.
Elder Michael Tyson and John Sumners will officiate. Burial will be in Ritchie Cemetery.
Visitation is from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. todat, Oct. 20. and from 8 a.m. Saturday.
Mrs. Tyson died Wednesday in the Sulphur Hospital.
A native of Kern, Miss., she had lived in the Lake Charles area since 1945. She was a member of Beulah Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors are her husband; three sons, Keith Tyson of Lyndell, Texas, Rodney Tyson of Webster, Texas, and Mike Tyson of Sulphur; her father, J.C. Vallery of Sulphur; two brothers, Fred Vallery of Houston and Wayne Vallery of Arcadia; six sisters, Janet Grundmann of Westlake, Joyce Gautreaux of Gretna, Gaynell Powell of Bridge City, Texas, Ioma Durand and Linda Koonce, both of Moss Bluff, and Adele Johnson of Hackberry, and six grandchildren.
