Frank Eugene Bell, age 93, passed away peacefully at home on November 5, 2002. He was born April 19, 1909 in Tomah, Wisconsin. to Eugene Lewis and Alma Bertha (Schroeder) Bell. He was married on August 30, 1935 to Bernadine Marie Rankins and the couple lived and raised their family in Janesville, Wisconsin before moving to Sun City, Arizona in 1986. He retired from the local General Motors Plant in 1962. He was a member of UAW 95 and a Past Master of Western Star Lodge 14 in Janesville, and a member of numerous Masonic organizations.

His wife and sweetheart Bernadine of 66 years, mother and father, a sister Grace and brother-in-law Ernest Johnson, a half-brother Glen Bell, granddaughter, Gail Reddy and daughter-in-law, Barbara Bell, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his 10 children: Joyce (Donald) Lostetter, Buddy Bell, Janith Swain, Jeanette (Floyd) Reddy, all of Sun City, AZ, Grant (Carol) Bell of Grand Prairie, TX, Grace (Thomas) France of Stoughton, WI, Gloria (Albert) Roehl of Glendale, AZ, Bruce Bell of Louisville, KY, Bryon (Charlotte) Bell of Bardstown, KY, and Susan (John) Davis of Peoria, AZ; and also 26 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and a half-brother Burton Tubbs of Rockford, IL.

A graveside service will be held in conjunction with the burial, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2002, in Milton Lawns Memorial Park, Janesville. Sunland Mortuary of Sun City, AZ and Schneider Funeral Home, Janesville, assisted in arrangements.
