She was born January 14, 1911, in Canton to the late Willie Elmer and Millie Ann Easley Cary. She was a resident of Rusk 65 years before moving to Athens and Canton. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Rusk and Order of Eastern Star Chapter No 79, Rusk. She retired in 1962 from Rusk State Hospital after 44years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Burtis Wall, in 1987.
Survivors include a brother, H.L. Cary;sister, Margaret Murphrey; several nieces nephews. Pallbearers were Larry Sinclair, JoEd Anderson, Morris Dixon, Jinuny Long, Houston White, and Joe Williamson.
