LAPORTE -- John Robert Tannehill, 21, of 303 Grayson Rd., died at 2:05 a.m. today at the St. Anthony Hospital, Michigan City. He was born Dec. 20, 1954 in Knox, Ind. He was employed by the LaPorte Map Company. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Mary Kellems of LaPorte; his father, John R. Tannehill of Akron, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Sherry McGrath of San Francisco, Calif; two brothers, Mark of Michigan City and Billy Kellems, at home; and several aunts and uncles.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the St. Joseph Catholic Church, LaPorte, with Msgr. John C. Witte officiating. Burial will be in San Pierre Cemetery, San Pierre, Ind. Friends may call after noon Sunday and until the time of service.
