Stone cutter mistake on mom's birthdate it's suppose to be May 16 not 15..........................
My Mom was born out of wedlock and her brother's are really her half brothers , we don't know who my Mom's father is and since I can't find away to list her brothers as half siblings , I'm leaving this note.
Shirley Mae Runions Emler, 63, farmer, homemaker, and resident of Hickory View Drive, died Thursday, June 26, 2008 at NHC Hillview.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Sheboss Cemetery in the Hampshire Community with Bobby Anderson officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols.
Memorials may be made to the family at 1042 Quail Meadow Drive, Lebanon, Tennessee 37090. Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com.
She was a native of the Hampshire Community and member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Runions Burleson Anderson; her husband, Willis Ozro Emler, Sr.; a son, Robert Lee Emler; and a stepson, Willis O. Emler, Jr.
Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Emler of Lebanon; two sons, Billy Emler Runions of Lebanon and Bobby Gene Emler of Lewisburg; a sister, Margie Faye Morton of Mt. Pleasant; two brothers, Marvin E. (Judy) Anderson of Columbia and Ronald Eugene Anderson of Pulaski; a step-brother, J. R. (Gene) Anderson of Williamsport; step-daughter-in-law, Catherine Emler of Culleoka; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren.
Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
