Jules F. Beuret and his brother Kenneth Beuret started the Economy Motor Buggy Company in April 1907. Their factory was located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The first week of January 1909, they moved the company to Joliet, Illinois. They went bankrupt in 1911 due to being sued for patent infringement. Examples of their cars can be seen in Washington, Missouri at the Wahington Missouri Historical Society and in Joliet, Illinois and the Joliet Area Historical Museum.
