Locust Grove - Charles Everett Bowlin Sr., a former Oklahoma City resident, died Tuesday at his home near Locust Grove following a heart attack.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Locust Grove First Baptist Church with burial in the cemetery at Bixby. The Jones Funeral Home of Locust Grove has charge of arrangements.
Bowlin, 72, was born at Tulsa and worked for 37 years in the production department of the Sun OIl Co. He moved to Locust Grove has charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Opal, of the home; a son Charles Everett Jr.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Harvey (Beryle) McCutchen, and Mrs. Harold (Jo Ann) Deplois; 2 sisters, a brother, 5 grandchildren, and a great grandchild.
