She was a member of one of the oldest and best known Benton County families, her parents being pioneers of 1853.
The deceased is survived by her father, C. B. Starr; one sister, Sylvia Starr of Portland; two brothers, Artie B. Starr, of Portland, and John H. Starr, of Eugene.
Her mother died a number of years ago.
Ill for the past year or two, Miss Starr's death was not unexpected by relatives and intimate friends. The young lady had many friends in this county who will regret to learn of her early passing, and sincere sympathy is extended to the bereaved family.
