William Luker Love served in the Alabama 59th CSA from Randolph County, was twice wounded and was captured by Union Forces in 1865. He was in a Union Prison near Norfolk, Va. at the end of the war. He returned to Alabama and farmed on Sand Mountain, moving to Vienna, Louisiana around 1900.
