Felix was the uncle of the famous musician & author, Bob Willis.

There are several men known as The Fiddlin' Man in some form.

Felix along with his brothers, Thomas Jefferson Foley & George Washington Foley (Uncle Blue Eyes) were a famous trio in the Galveston Region of Texas in the 1950's.
