Mrs. Sublett was before her marriage, Mrs. Louisa J. Butts, and on Feb. 7, 1860 was married to Thomas C. Sublett, who with six of the ten children born to them, survives her, four having preceded her to the grave. The living children are: Mrs. W. J. Dye, and Miss Anna Sublett, both of Brunswick; Chas. H. Sublett of Elida, New Mexico; Mrs. J. T. Byrne of Dallas, Texas; James R. Sublett of Houston, Texas, and Allen Sublett of West Gate, California.
Mrs. Sublett united with the Baptist church when quite young and retained that relation until a few years ago, when she became a member of the Methodist church of which she was a faithful member until her death.
Funeral Services were conducted at the home Friday morning.
Burial: Elliott Grove cemetery, Brunswick, MO.
