James Felix Helm, 81, of Waco died on Thursday. Graveside services will be at Gerald Cemetery, with the Rev. Charles Belville officiating.
Mr. Helm was born Oct. 24, 1907 in Axtell.
He married Jewel Maedean Watkins on Dec 20, 1945 in Waco.
He was retired from the maintenance department at Baylor University. He was a member of House of Prayer Church in Waco.
Survivors include; his wife; four sons, William Earl Helm of Bellmead, James Thomas Helm of Fredericksburg, Kenneth Dwain Helm of Houston, and John R. Helm of West; one daughter, Marie St John of Ft. Worth, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
