Colorado Pioneer, 1859. Was in Co A, 3rd Colorado Infantry. Miner, cattle rancher, helped start Denver's cable car system. Live until age 53 and is buried next to wife Nellie Dailey.

DAILEY, WILLIAM M. - Memorial News - today at 2 o'clock in memory of the late W. M. Dailey and H. S. Smith will be held at the Baruard's Hall in West Denver, under the auspices of the P. O. S. of A. The order is issued by Henri R. Foster, State President and J. S. Hadley, M. F. and C. Also, all camps of No. 1 are ordered to appear in full uniform for the same purpose. Signed H. S.
