Mills Henry Eure, 73, died yesterday at 1:45 p. m. in a local hospital after an illness of eight months. He was a lifelong resident of Gates County, North Carolina, the son of the late Daniel and Eliza Crawford Eure.
Besides his wife, Jennie Crawford Eure, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. J. R. Evans and Mrs. J. G. Hedgepeth; two brothers, John and Quint Eure; 13 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews, all of Eure, N. C.
The body was removed to the Sykes Funeral Home, Berkley. Funeral services will be conducted at Cool Spring Baptist Church, Gates County, Monday at 3 p. m. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
