Centralian

Warren Thomas Lashbrook, 77, former watchmaker at a Chehalis jewelry store and a resident of Centralia for the past 53 years, died suddenly of natural causes Tuesday at a local hospital.

Mr. Lashbrook was born Oct. 7, 1885, in Waverly, Iowa. He moved to Centralia from Iowa.

He was a watchmaker at Burnett's Jewelers in Chehalis for 33 years, retiring in 1952.

Mr. Lashbrook was a member and past master of the Chehalis Masonic Lodge No. 28; a member of the Chehalis Eagles, a member of the Centralia Order of Eastern Star, No. 14 and a member of the Presbyterian church.

Survivors include the widow, Freda B., Centralia; a niece, Mrs. Victor Anderson, Jackson, Mich., and one nephew, Tom Lashbrook, Oakland, Calif.

Funeral services will be Friday, 1:30 p.m. at Newell-Hoerling's chapel, Centralia. The Rev. N. Harry Champlin will officiate. Burial will follow at Mountain View with the Chehalis Masonic Lodge in charge of graveside services."
