Services for Paula Sue Williams will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Davis with the Rev. Randy Chapman and the Rev. Frank Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery under the direction of DeArman's Clagg Funeral Home.


A resident of Davis, Paula was born Sept. 24, 1953 in Sulphur, Okla. to Thomas Wesley "Doc" and Helen Powell Webber. She went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 1, 2009 at Oklahoma City at the age of 55 years, 5 months and 7 days. She was very strong and fought valiantly through her long illness until she was called home. She had lived in this area most of her life graduating from Davis High School in 1971. She married Benny Williams on May 28, 1971 in Davis, Okla. She was a professional business woman who owned and operated the Turner Falls Inn and Webber's Dress Shoppe. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Davis and the Davis Chamber of Commerce.


She was preceded in death by her father Thomas Wesley "Doc" Webber; grandparents Santford and Eric Webber and Bill and Rosa Powell; and niece Lesa Payne Bradley.


Survivors include her caring and faithful husband of 38 years, Benny Williams of Davis; two sons and daughters-in-law, Chad and Samantha Williams of Davis and Brandon and Tiffany Williams of Searcy, Ark.; mother Helen Webber of Davis; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Gloria Webber and Janelle and Dwight Payne, all of Davis; brother and sister-in-law Santford and Holly Webber of Davis; five grandchildren, Ashley Britt, Lexia Cooper, Keaton Williams, Ethan Williams and Kerigan Williams; best friend Ling Su; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, aunts, uncle and cousins.


Pallbearers will be Nick Williams, Robert Carroll, Wes Webber and Paul Williams.
