DEATH CLAIMS REV. J.E. RIDDLE

Rev. J.E. Riddle, former Decatur resident, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Adamsville, Tennessee, passed away at his home in Adamsville Thursday morning. The body will arrive in Decatur at two o'clock this afternoon and will be taken to the home of a sister, Mrs. E.C. Stockton, 439 Johnston Street, where it will remain until time for the funeral.

Services will be conducted at Westside Presbyterian Church at two o'clock Saturday afternoon by Rev. J.M. Clark of Pinson, Alabama. Brown Service will be in charge.

Survivors include the widow; three sons, J.E. Jr. of Decatur; Robert J, Atco, Georgia; Harry H., New Orleans, La; three daughters, Mrs. J.J. Miller, Austinville; Mrs. J.F. England, Falkville; Mrs. C.M. Dotson, Athens, Ga; his mother, Mrs. R.T. Riddle, Mooresville; four sisters, Miss Lucille Riddle, Mooresville; Mrs. E.C. Stockton, Decatur; Mrs. Claude Baughter, Huntsville; Mrs. Ransom Hafley, Decatur; one brother, R.B. Riddle, Mooresville; twelve grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
