Like other American men born before the American Revolution, this Anthony Foster did not have a middle name. No source exists for a middle name of 'Samuel'. This memorial is perpetuating an internet myth.

I realize that you cannot use 'before' and after' with a date. However, 04 Feb 1763 was the date his will was written. He died prior to 04 Jul 1763, when his will was probated.

Rather than including names of children provided by a contributor, the list of children should be based on those named in the will. That seems to be what the contributor intended - - it should be noted on this memorial.
