Mary E. Mounts, 94, of New Harmony, Indiana died at her residence at the Charles Ford Memorial Home, on Tuesday November 13, 2012.
Mary was born in New Harmony, to Atnel and Lona (Waring) Bambei.
Mary enjoyed helping others and loved the Bingo games at the Ford Home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Mounts, her parents, her brothers, Waring, Howard and John Bambei, a sister, Martha Wisley Bryant, a grandson, Allen Baker and a great grandson, Hunter Stratton.
Mary is survived by her 2 daughters, Alice Verginia (Loren) Baker of Ulysses, Kansas, Wanda Jane (Bob) Schelhorn of Mt. Vernon, Indiana, 6 grandchildren, Brian (Heather) Baker and Teresa Baker of Kansas, Carol (Dan) Stratton, Greg (Tammy) Schelhorn, Mary (Chuck) Ries, all of Mt. Vernon, Indiana and Amy (Ron) Greb of Evansville, Indiana, 13 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren and a sister in law, Laretta Bambei.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Werry Funeral Home in New Harmony at 1:00pm, with burial in Bethsaida Cemetery.
Friends may call at Werry Funeral Home on Saturday 11:00am until service time.
