~~Funeral services for Mr. Hines Holt, whose death was announced in the new column of The Ledger yesterday, took place from the late home in Wynnton this morning at 11 o'clock, the services being conducted by the Rev. Solon B. Cousins and attended by a large gathering of sorrowing friends and relatives of the deceased gentleman. There were many floral designs sent in by friends as a last tribute to one whom they had long admired and highly respected.
~The interment was in Linwood cemetery. The following gentlemen acting as pallbearers: A.W. Shepherd, W.N. Blankenship, J.B. David, A.H. Shepherd, Fleece R. Doughtie and J.P. Golden.
