They had three children who did not live to maturity. He had returned to Texas and was residing in Daisetta in Liberty Co, TX at the time of his death. He was buried in Chambers-Day Cemetery in Anderson Co., Texas. There are several errors on the Texas Death Certificate, also date of his birth given on his grave marker.
