NOTE: The death date on the stone appears to be in error. The date on the memorial is exactly as it appears on the death certificate. The attending physician, Dr. G. G. Perry, noted that Mr. Henry died at 1 p.m. on Nov. 26, 1915. The undertaker, J. C. McClary, indicates that burial occurred on Nov. 27, 1915 and the certificate was filed by the County Registrar, Emma Hayes, on Nov. 28, 1915.
