Funeral at Hennepin For Mrs. Martha Wilson
Services were conducted by Rev. John Walker and Rev. Winston Foster at Hennepin Tuesday for Mrs. Martha A. Loftis Wilson, 83, who died at Hillsboro, Texas, Sunday. Rites were held at Hillsboro on Monday.
She was a former resident of the Antioch community, where she lived several years ago. Recently she had made her home in Texas.
Born August 21, 1858, she was married to Samuel J. Loftis in 1879. Mr. Loftis died in 1928. Two children also preceded her in death.
Four children survive. They are Mrs. Roland Smith of Hillsboro, Mrs. Joe McCaskill of Antioch, Mrs. Beal McCaskill of Hennepin and James A. Loftis of Anacartis, Wash. Twenty-one grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren also survive.
Services were held in the First Baptist church with burial in the Katie cemetery.
