MRS. J.W. FLY DIES; SERVICES HELD SUNDAYMrs. Jennie Wakefield Fly, 77, widow of E.B. (Bud) Fly died Saturday night at Fairmont Nursing Home after a long illness. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at Goshen Methodist Church by the Rev. J.A. Fair. Burial was in the Goshen Cemetery. Williams Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Fly was a lifelong resident of the Fly community and the daughterof the late Jim and Elizabeth Ladd Wakefield. She was a member of theGoshen Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Pennington, Nashville; twosons, Walter Fly, Santa Fe and George Fly, Nashville; a sister, Mrs. BenHumphreys, Humboldt; a brother, DODSON WAKEFIELD, Columbia; and twograndchildren. Active pallbearers were Roy, Edgar and Sammy Jones, Ewell, Leslie and W.C. Fly, Jr.Columbia Daily Herald, Columbia, Tennessee Monday November 10, 1958
