Suggested edit: Please correct your bio. I have good and confirmed information. She is the daughter of James Crago and Susan Jane Wilkinson Crago. I have many sources for this. Her mother is Find A Grave Memorial 32652466. I'm still trying to find when and where her father died and is buried. I know that he outlived his wife. I know that Roseanna died between 1900 and 1910, as she appeared in the 1900 census, but Her husband James appeared in the 1910 census as a widower.
A minor issue is that she was born in Putnam County, Virginia. West Virginia was not a state until 1862 during the Civil War when Virginia split.
