Thanks for setting up this entry. According to the website above, during the Am Rev, the Tories burned the Stiffler family home and mill to the ground in 1779. This caused the family to relocate to Washington Co., MD until the war was over in 1783. So, while most of the children were born in Paradise, York Co., PA, Michael, John and Henry were b. in Washington Co., MD. Cheers, Cindy
