Funeral services and burial of Robert Edward Lee, 62, formerly of Nashville, were held at Columbus, Miss., following his recent death at his home there.
Mr. Lee, who was in the mercantile business here at one time, had made his home at Columbus for a number of years. He was the son of the late Capt. Z. P. Lee, and Mrs. Lee of Nashville.
Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Carrie Williams Lee of Columbus; one son, Fowler Lee of Los Angeles, Calif.; five sisters, Mrs. Frank Richmond of Cookeville, Mrs. R. E. Porter of Cowan, Mrs. R. L. Jennings of Los Angeles, Mrs. J. C. Reed of Wichita, Kan. and Mrs. C. W. Carroll of Chicago, Ill., and one brother, Dr. Harry Lee of Wilson County.
