In 1900 the Morgans lived in Cass, Texas County, Missouri where Elzy was born in 1894.
Sometime after 1910 Cynthia married Jasper Fogle.
Allison and Rose Funeral Home on Seventh Street and Scott Boulvevard in Covington was in charge of the funeral arrangements for Ms. Fogle. Services were conducted Saturday April 14, 1928 at the Holiness Pilgrim Church, Pike and Banklick Streets, Covington, Kentucky. Burial was in the Highland Cemetery. There is a plot (1416) next to Mrs. Fogle reserved from Jasper which is unused. The cemetery is unable to provide information as to whether or not Cynthia's grave has a marker.
