DEATH: W. RAYMOND LEE, PROMINENT FARMER DIED

Nahunta, Ga., June 12, 1936. W. Raymond Lee, prominent farmer of R.F.D. Hoboken, died suddenly Tuesday morning at his home. Mr. Lee was seized with a heart attack and expired at once. He had been performing his duties recently at Nahunta as member of the Board of Tax Assessors. He was on his way down to meet with the other members Tuesday when he passed away.

The deceased left a large family and in fact was noted for having perhaps more children than any man in Brantley. He was a hearty, prosperous farmer and his home was a happy one. He was a brother of Judge Jno. E. Lee Ordinary.

Mr. Lee will be sadly missed as he was one of the most substantial men in the county. He was indeed a good man in every respect and loved by all alike. Mr. Lee was twice married, in the first union, two children were born. In the second, 19 children, besides his wife survive him.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. L. M. McDonald and Rev. B. F. Jones at High Bluff Church and interment followed in the Church cemetery.
