MOS:11B10 Infantryman.
Daniel was living with his family when he was
drafted into the US Army.
On arriving in Vietnam 13 May 1967 Daniel
was assigned to D Company,5th Battalion,
7th Calvary,1st Calvary Division,USARV.
Daniel died of hostile gunshot wounds to the
body while engaged against hostile forces
during Operation Wallowa.
Survived by his step-father & mother,Howard
E & Esther H Williams and 2 brothers;Ronald
and Daniel Herrell of 972 Pandora Ln,Anaheim,
CA.
Daniel was 2 years old and Ronald was 4 years
old when their father was killed in Germany
during WW II.
