Funeral services for Mrs. Georgia Glee (Austin) Aldridge, 66, were held today, Tuesday at 2:30 p.m., in the Church of Christ. She died Sunday morning, September 5, 1965, in the Wagoner Hospital.

Born, November 7, 1898, in Spencer, Iowa, she was the daughter of George and Jennie Austin. She had lived in Wagoner county 46 years. A member of the Church of Christ, she came here from Fayetteville, Arkansas. Rev. Larry Gaskin, minister of the Church of Christ, officiated at the services.

Survivors are her husband, L. L. (Bill) Aldridge; two sons, Ray of Elmore City, Oklahoma and W.E. of Tulsa; two daughters, Mrs. Edith Meeks, Wagoner and Mrs. Melva Jean Hall, Tulsa; three brothers, Aubert Austin, Tulsa, Elbert Austin, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and Melvin Austin of Lubbock, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Addie Williams, Hulbert, Mrs. Thelma Wells of Texas and Mrs. Clara Sanders, Salina, Oklahoma, also nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Clifford, in 1943. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Hersman Funeral Home.
