Gober, Texas -- Funeral services for L. D. Enos Richardson, 81, of Gober will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 21, 2009 in Gober Baptist Church under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Rev. Michael Erwin will officiate. Burial will follow in Gober Cemetery. L. D. passed away at his residence, Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009.
L. D. was born March 6, 1927 in Coryell County, Texas, the son of Havens Enos Richardson and Beady Mae Bullard Richardson. He was a US Air Force veteran. L. D. married Sue Derrick, Dec. 3, 1955. He was a member and deacon of Gober Baptist Church. L. D. enjoyed riding horses and ranch work. He was a retired civil service employee.
