MRS. F. ARNEY, FORMER LOCAL RESIDENT, DIES
Mrs. F. W. Arney, 88, died early Monday at Deaconess hospital in Marshalltown. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Sqyires Funeral home here with the Rev. C. O. Stuckenbruck officiating. Interment was in the Lake City cemetery.
Mrs. Arney, a former Lake City resident, is surivived by one son, Byron, of Battle Creek, Iowa; and two daughters, Mrs. Mark Bandy (Jean) of Redfield and Mrs. Corwin Sterling (Frances) of Detroit Lakes, Minn. Also surviving are three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
