William Gidel 89, of Kittanning RD 5, died this morning (April 28, 1958) Born November 22, 1868 in Kittannng Twp., he was a son of Augustus and Fredricka Gidel.
His wife Carrie (Morehead) Gidel preceded him in death in 1950 a former Kittanning grocer, he was a member of First Methodist Church Kittanning.
Survivors include two sons Roy M. of Butler Rd., Kittanning and George W. of Kittanning RD 5 two grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
Freinds will be received after 7 pm tonight at Bauer funeral home until time of service there at 3:30 pm Wednesday. Rev. Clifford D. Buell, pastor of First Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Simpson Church Cemetery.
