Services are 2 p.m. Monday at the Williams Funeral Home chapel in Superior with the Rev. Danny Jackson officiating. Burial is private for the family at the Evergreen Cemetery in Superior.
Mrs. Crook was born Aug. 8, 1934, to William Windsor and Erma Burnice (Dick) Gunn on a farm east of Webber, Kan., in Jewell County. She attended elementary school in Webber and Superior High School. On May 1, 1955, she married B.L. "Barney" Crook at Webber, Kan. She was employed by Chard's Drug Store and Becklers' Clothing in Superior. She served two terms on the Superior City Council.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Superior, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Superior Women's Bowling Association. She was a charter member and past vice president with her twin sister, Eilene, of the Nebraska State Twins Association.
Survivors are her husband; two daughters, Kathy Eilene Heskett of Lincoln and Julie Ann Delka of Superior; three sisters, Bernice M. Lawson of Hutchinson, Kan., Kathleen M. Kramer of Mankato, Kan., and Eilene McDill of Belleville, Kan.
She was preceded in death by one sister.
