Pittsburg, Jan. 26 J.F. Archer, who on Jan. 18 observed his 93rd birthday and who celebrated his 72nd wedding anniversary last Dec. 16, died at his home here today. The widow five years younger, and 11 children survive. Mr. Archer, born at Warrenton, Mo., Jan. 18, 1840, was a Confederate veteran of the Civil War. Mrs. Archer is a niece of General Richard Price of the Union Army.
