Edith H. Effinger, former music supervisor of the Avon-Grove Consolidated School, was granted a divorced from George L. Effinger, of Oxford, who is now employed in a war plant in Elkton, Maryland. In the testimony before the Master, Mrs. Effinger testified that her husband absented himself from their home on many occasions and that when he returned he could give no acceptable explanation.
