"Daisy Schrader
Daisy Schrader, 92, died Jan. 8, 2009, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.
She was born May 15, 1916, the daughter of Warnie and Daisy Ann Chadwick Greenfield. A lifetime resident of Hutchinson, she was a saleslady at Woolworth, Toy Center, and Pegues, where she retired from after 20 years. After retirement she continued to attend Pegues luncheons. She hosted weekly craft idea sharing sessions with her friends in her home. She loved to play the organ and sing. A loving mother, wife, and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

On April 12, 1934, she married Harold D. Schrader in Kingman. He died March 22, 2002.

Survivors include: son, Harold Schrader Jr. and wife Linda, Omaha, Neb.; two daughters, Patricia Worley, Hutchinson and Jeanette Keeler, Omaha, Neb.; brother, Bill Greenfield, Hutchinson; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Elmer Greenfield and two sisters, Martha Donoho and Velma McCoy.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Rev. James Francis presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park.
