Mabel Irene Peck, 90 of 1465 S. Wolf Lane, Winamac, In passed away at 5:31 pm Tues.,Jan 15,2008 at Stark Memorial Hospital in Knox, Ind. She was born Oct.9,1917 in Michigan City, In to Silas and Mabel Cowgill Craig.Mrs. Peck was formerly of Michigan City and had lived in Monterey and star City for many years. She worked as a housekeeper. She was married to Russell Peck Sr. on 6-20-1934 in Laporte, In, He died 12-06-1981. May she rest in peace. She will be sadly missed by all.
Survivors include a son Russell L (Carolesue) Peck Jr.Two daughters Caroline Williams and Connie Buczkowski in Michigan City, Ind. A half siser Mrs. Maurietta Bush, south Bend, Ind.She left several Grandchildren, Several Great Grandchildren,Several Great Great Grandchildren and several more brother and sisters.She was preceded in death by her father Silas Craig, Mother, Mabel Cowgill Craig Mclaughlin and her husband Russell Peck sr.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. no visitation will be held and her ashes will be scattered.
