George A. Mathews, after an illness of almost two years, passed away at his home on County Line road in Willamsfield, Feb 25, at 8:30 a.m. The deceased was born in Kinsman and aged 75 years. He married Miss Philinda Smith of Wisconsin, Sept. 2, 1866. Interment was in Kinsman cemetery, Rev. L.C. Hensel, officiating. He leaves a widow, four sons and three daughters to morn his loss. The sons aare Robert P. at home; Charles F., Orangeville; Ross.V. and James C. and Mrs. Mary Karr of Kinsman; Mrs Dora Heath, of Williamsfield; also two brothers and one sister. L.E. Mathews, ofKinsman; H.A. Mathews of Rochester , N. Y. Mrs Elizabeth Rylands, of Rome, OH.
