Vera Anderson Poole, passed away at the age of 88, on September 19, 2002 in Richfield, Utah, of causes incident to age.
She was born Nov. 12, 1913 in Glenwood, Utah, the daughter of Parley and Hattie Tuttle Anderson.
Vera was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She married LeGrand Anderson, February 11, 1932 in Bountiful, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple, June 14, 1948. They raised three daughters and one son: Rolaine (Richard) Haynie, Salt Lake City; Pauline (Gaylord) Harward, Salina; Konnie Anderson and Danny (Sharon) Anderson, both of Annabella.
Vera was known for her warm home where friends and family were always welcome. She loved to garden, read, quilt, crochet and embroider.
LeGrand passed away on February 13, 1973. She later married Robert Poole on July 20, 1974. Bob passed away October 4, 1983.
Vera is survived by her children; 16 grandchildren; 54 great-grand-children; brother, Dean (Betty) Anderson of Salt Lake City and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; five sisters; three brothers; one grandson and one great-grandson.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. in the Annabella Cemetery. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary, 50 S. 100 W. in Richfield, on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
