Sunday, 18 May 1952 - Mrs. Eudah Perry of Vinton Dies at 80, Rites Today
Vinton, La. Mrs. Eudah Perry, 80, died at her residence here late Friday night.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today from the family residence, with Rev. A. Nadeaux of St. Joseph's Catholic church officiating. Burial will be in Niblett's Bluff cemetery under direction of the Hixson funeral home of Sulphur.
Mrs. Perry, who had lived in Vinton for 60 years, was born in Lake Charles.
She is survived by four sons, O. D. and Bert of Vinton and Johnson and Everett of Orange, Texas; three daughters, Mrs. A. Sonier, Mrs. Alex Johnson and Miss Lilly Perry, all of Vinton; four sisters, Mrs. Jim Parish of Vinton, Mrs. Ira Haddock of Jennings, Mrs. A. J. Sallier of Lake Charles and Mrs. George Beddinger of Deming, N. Mex.; seven brothers, Julian, Houston, Murphy, Romie, Press and Bill Benoit, all of Vinton, and Ramey Benoit of West Lake.
