HENSLEY FUNERAL IS HELD MARCH 27
Funeral services for George William Huey Hensley were held at 11 a.m. March 27 in Cole and Maud Chapel, Coolidge, with the Rev. Albert C. Edwards officiating. Burial was in Valley Memorial Park.
Mr. Hensley died March 24 at Pinal General Hospital after an exteded illness.
He was born Aug. 21, 1898 in Bakersfield, Mo. In 1942 he came to the Coolidge area and had been making his home at 410 W. Lincoln. He was a well-driller by trade.
Survivors include his wife, Mary of Coolidge; two daughters, Mrs. Mabel Henry, Phoenix, and Mrs. Bonnie Dudley, Mesa; six sons, Virgil of Casa Grande, Utah of Phoenix, Bobby Lee, El Mirage, and Paul, James and Leroy of Coolidge; his mother, Mrs. Mary Hensley, Bakersfield; three brothers, Elmer and Roy, Bakersfield, Mo. and Thurlo, Selma, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Davis and Mrs. Frances Hooper both of Ark; and nine grandchildren.

A daughter, Ruth, preceded him in death in Mo.
