Bona Jean Moyer Stephenson, age 84, of Mount Olive, died on Monday, April 23, 2007, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Opal Craig Moyer. She married Willis Stephenson. He preceded her in death. She is survived by a son: Richard Stephenson and wife, Renee of Glen Carbon; daughters: Patricia Childress and husband, Gene of Marshfield, Mo., Mary Ellen Carlile of Mount Olive, Rose Dieckman and husband, Keith of Glen Carbon; brothers: Ted and Craig Moyer; sisters: Ruby Warner and Ruth Herring and husband, Olin; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at Becker and Son Funeral Home in Mount Olive. Interment will be at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield.
