Rev. Ella Julie (Cole) York was the daughter of Simeon Barber and Adelia M. (Bassett) Cole. She was the 2nd wife of Rev. George P. York. They were married Lorraine, New York July 5, 1879. They were both ministers in the Onondaga Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church. Rev. York died January 21, 1905.
