Daughter of Jabez Pleiades MARSHALL. Married 24 OCT 1838 in Putnam County, Georgia, to Dr. Austin Martin WALKER (his second of three wives). Mother of at least one child, a son.

Buster Wright's "Burials and Deaths Reported in the Columbus (Georgia) Enquirer [Newspaper], 1832-1872" (1984), p. 486, shows: Martha A. WALKER, daughter of Rev. Jabez MARSHALL, granddaughter of Abraham MARSHALL, and wife of Dr. A. M. WALKER, died 02 MAR 1845, aged 26 years, in Columbus, Georgia (published 05 MAR 1845).

John H. Martin’s “The Making of a Modern City: Columbus, Georgia, 1827-65,” Volume I (1874), p. 169, shows: Martha Angelina, wife of Dr. A. M. WALKER, died 02 MAR 1845 (presumably from newspaper account)
