Mr Craine came to Blue Rapids in 1919 where he went into the blacksmithing business. He resided in Blue Rapids until 1934, then he moved to Frankfort and lived there until his death.
On March 22, 1914 he was united in marriage to Mary Ann Kinney. Four children were born to this union; Eunice of Great Bend, Raymond of Kansas City, Donald of the US Army and Leona who passed away in infancy.
Mr. Craine was the oldest son of a family of eight, of which 4 brothers and 2 sisters have preceded him in death.
He leaves to mourn his death his wife, Mary Craine, his daughter and two sons and three grandchildren.
