THOMAS RICHARD BRANNON
Death has called from our midst, Thomas Richard Brannon. Mr. Brannon was a highly respected citizen of this county. He has lived in and about Marlow for the past several years and was well known by a number of people. Those who knew him best have said of him that he was a good neighbor, a kindhearted and generous friend.
Services over his remains were conducted in the Methodist Church at Burns, by Rev. C. M. Crosswy of Marlow, after which his body was laid to rest in the little cemetery near the church.
Thomas Richard Brannon was born June 16th 1874 in Henderson County N. C. In August 1897 he was united in marriage to Miss Lou Vest . To this union there were born six children. He professed faith in Jesus Christ in 1914 and has from that time lived a devoted Christian life. He departed this life November 1923. Aged 49 years, 4 months and 21 days.
A host of loved ones and friends join the bereaved mother and children in sorrow over their loss.
But your loss is eternal gain.
