Funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. Nannie Barklow, who died on Friday, May 25, at the Mast Hospital, following a long illness.
Mrs. Barklow was born at Bowie, Texas, July 25, 1881, and has made this community her home for a number of years, being one of the early residents. Besides her husband, Manley, she is survived by two sons: Raymond and Arland, of Myrtle Point; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Moon, of Portland.
Services were held from the Brethren Church with interment in the Norway Cemetery. Rev. M.G. Blickenstaff and Rev. J.W. Barnett were in charge of the services.
